Customize Your Own Control Panel with the look and
feel of your company's identity. This allows you to offer
your clients a control panel with your company's information
and not HostCaters.com! Remember your resold accounts receive
their own control panel, dedicated IP, and all the features
listed on the plan chart. The ADD DOMAIN feature within
your own control panel will generate a "Welcome"
email to you, the reseller. You are able to alter our email
with your own information and send on to your client, if
you wish.

Terms - You must be at least
18 years of age and use a valid credit card to purchase
your reseller account, the same credit card will also be
used to charge the new accounts. Please note: HostCaters
Terms of Service
will apply to you and your resold accounts.
Billing - The credit card
you use for ordering your RESELLER-PLUS plan is the card
that will be charged for your resold accounts. Your billing
date is the date you "signup." If you need special
billing arrangements, we do our best to accomodate YOU,
so please contact us so we may work out the best option
for you! You can resell the plans listed at your chosen
price but you will be responsible for the payment to us
according to the fees set forth on the Reseller
Chart. You may order monthly, quarterly, semi-annually,
or yearly. 1-3-6-or 12 month plans. Mark your own plans
up to your chosen price.
Support - You must support
your clients, and in turn, we support you. Before calling
on support, please review our online setup manual. Our manual
is located here.
All resellers are welcome to copy the manual and edit it
for your own use.
